Frequently Asked Questions

What are the signs I need therapy?

While everyone’s experience is different, if your emotions, thoughts, or behaviors are interfering with your daily life, work, and relationships, it may be a sign that therapy could help.

Some common signs you might need therapy include:

Which therapy is best for me?

There is no single therapy approach that is best for everyone—it all depends on your specific needs, goals and lived experiences. We believe your story is unique, and we want to help you discover the next best steps toward finding healing within the grounds of your life.

Do you take insurance?

We are out-of-network (OON) providers and do not currently accept insurance. However, depending on your plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Visit our Fees & Insurance page to use our Mentaya tool and see whether you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

How much does therapy cost?

Our session rates range from $110 to $135.

We believe therapy is a short-term commitment with long-term benefits, making it a meaningful investment in yourself and your future. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. Meaning, to get you the help you need and get you feeling better as quickly as possible.

What can I expect from the first session?

As therapists, we believe relationships are at the heart of who we are and that a strong relationship is essential to the success of your therapy process. During your first session, your therapist will take the time to get to know you and begin building a collaborative partnership that supports your healing journey.

Our mission is to hold healing space for you to find peace in your lives and relationships. We see our role as listeners—we’re not here to convince or direct. We’re here to offer support, help you reach your goals, and honor your story as you write your next chapter.
