Connected Women's Group
Registration is now open for the Connected Women’s group led by Lisa Vanek, LSW. This is a group for women who have achieved much in their lives and find themselves in a season of transition. They may be feeling drained and taxed by the demands of their spouse, kids, work and community. In this group women will go from feeling alone and isolated to inspired and supported. The group will meet Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30pm, June 8 to July 20. $50/group.
Research shows that while we have better technology to connect easier with others, we’re feeling lonelier than ever. We’ve lost our community and connection with those around us. Women with a lack of connection with others might feel:
- Like they are too much for others to handle
- Like They have no one to talk to
- They might be surrounded by people all day long, yet still feel alone
In this group women will learn the skills to:
- Stop critical self-talk
- Encourage others in their season of life
- Connect with others who are in the same season of life
