For Couples:
You’re not alone if your relationship feels more like constant conflict or painful disconnection. You’re worried about divorce, about how this is affecting your children, about whether therapy will actually help or just be another expense. You want to enjoy each other’s company again, to feel heard and understood, and have real intimacy back in your marriage.
You don’t have to stay stuck in these painful cycles. Together, we’ll identify the specific patterns that keep you trapped in conflict and disconnection. We’ll uncover the root causes of these cycles and give you practical tools to break free from them. My goal is to help you enjoy each other again.
For Parents:
Have you watched your child struggle for several months or years? What started as normal teenage worries has grown into something that’s keeping them from living fully and enjoying life. They’re missing social activities, reluctant to hang out with friends, struggling academically, or having difficulty with everyday family activities. You see them becoming more isolated, more emotional, and you feel helpless watching it happen.
My approach to working with children and teens is to create a strong therapeutic relationship that allows for a safe and thoughtful approach to explore your child’s feelings and discover solutions. We will work together to identify and challenge issues and their root causes.

Outside the Therapy Room
I like to read, and I clear my head by running, walking, and sometimes baking.
I’m a parent, married to a pastor, and an identical twin. While I am at the stage of life where my kids’ schedule has a significant impact on what takes up my free time, I am thankful for the time with my family that seems to be going a little too fast for my liking.
One thing I am always looking out for is a unique ice cream shop—the older and more unique the better!
