Do you find yourself coming back to pornography even though you know it’s harmful? You’re not alone in feeling stuck in this cycle. Many of my clients describe the same frustration—wanting to stop but not understanding why they keep returning to behaviors that bring shame and guilt.

I understand the weight you’re carrying. The secrecy is exhausting. The shame feels overwhelming. You may be losing sleep, withdrawing from others, or watching your marriage suffer. Perhaps your faith feels distant, or you’re struggling with intimacy in your relationship.

When pornography starts interfering with your daily life and relationships, it’s time to get help—and it’s time to stop fighting this battle alone.

How I Can Help You

You don’t have to figure out the “why” on your own. My approach goes beyond just trying harder or relying on willpower. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper root causes driving your pornography use through a comprehensive sexual behaviors inventory. We’ll identify your specific triggers and patterns, then create a personalized plan to help you drastically reduce and ultimately stop pornography use altogether.

This work is deeply personal, and I treat it that way. I understand your concerns about judgment and confidentiality—creating a safe, non-judgmental space is foundational to everything we do. I welcome faith-based discussions when you desire that perspective, and I’m equipped to address the intersection of faith and sexual behavior.

Treatment Approaches:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Systems Theory
  • Modern Psychodynamic Approaches
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you can come out the other side of your story with renewed strength and purpose. Schedule a brief call with our Intake Coordinator to guide you forward.

What You Can Expect in Therapy

My clients experience real freedom. They describe feeling closer to God, experiencing renewed intimacy with their spouse or partner, connecting more authentically with others, and living with significantly less shame. The breakthrough often comes when they finally understand why they’ve been using pornography and gain practical tools to break free from the cycle.

You can experience that same freedom. In our first session, we’ll work together to understand your unique situation and create goals that matter to you. I use proven approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and provide practical tools you can use between sessions.

Outside the Therapy Room

I enjoy getting outside in the woods, doing yardwork, or playing pickleball.

I also am a huge NFL football fan, and my wife says I spend too much time listening to fantasy football podcasts.

Most of all, I enjoy nerding out over the Bible and trying to understand human behavior in response to God.
